Some sections of the site are now operational and more of the site will be open soon. Most of the HTML for budding new webmasters is now up and the remaining pages will soon be added. This is tutorial for the beginner, written in plain simple language. It will soon go on to cover more advanced topics such as CSS, accessability and using scripts in your pages. A page of links to authoring software is now up, it will grow in time. A guide to selecting a suitable host will also be here soon. Free and low cost solutions will be considered.

There will be a section covering all aspects of net privacy including simple free tips as well as more costly solutions to being anonymous online and covering your tracks on your own PC. We will deal with cookie crunching, proxies and more.
