Whatever kind or size of site you need they have a suitable package from feature rich packages for just a few pounds a month right up to your own dedicated server. You have a choice of Linux or Windows and the cheapest domains in the UK, at the time of writing free with many of the packages or £1.99 plus VAT for just the domain. I run several sites on this host and I am genuinely impressed with speed, reliability, features and service. You can check reliability and speed by visiting this site often.

DIYHost

If you can use cpanel control panel and don't need support DIYHost maybe for you. They only offer service when there is a genuine problem, not when you just can't figure someting out. If you are reasonably experienced you may find this approach to hosting refreshing. It is not for the newbie unless you are prepared to surf the forums on the net for answers. I host a few site here to try this village website for speed and reliability.

Addr.com

I used this host for many years for one of my projects. They offer a good range of features in their three packages. They have excellent support and chat room support if you need it. The only reason I do not use Addr now is because I need UK registered domains (which they don't offer) and I can now do without the support and get more features for the price as a result.
