Villa Casara our beautiful brand new Turkish villa, which sleeps 8 comfortably, is bright, spacious and comfortable with all modern conveniences. It is set in lovely palm lined gardens and the 3 balconies enjoy views of the mountains, swimming pool and boast a direct view of the sea. Enjoy warm evenings sitting on the lounge balcony watching the sun go down.

The villa has been designed with comfort and convenience in mind, is fully furnished and includes air conditioning, T.V, fridge freezer, full oven, dishwasher, washing machine, balcony dining table and chairs, sunloungers, pool toys. There is also a barbecue area on the lounge balcony. There are two communal pools with children's paddling pools.

Accommodation consists of 4 air-conditioned bedrooms all with balconies or patio (2 double, 1 twin and a single room), 1 bathroom with shower and two separate shower rooms with toilet, comfortable and extremely large living room and dining areas, fully fitted kitchen including all modern amenities.

Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience, as well as secured mosquito nets on all windows, which enhance your comfort without effecting the views.

There are English speaking contacts (Derek and Sue), living on the complex who will meet you at the villa, provide guided tours and excursions and give invaluable advice on where to eat, places to visit etc. They also provide airport transfers to and from Antalya Airport.

Location - Villa Casara is located on the outskirts of Konakli, Alanya on the beautiful Mediterranean coast of Turkey.

Konakli - This small but vibrant town is just a 2km bus ride away and provides a number of good, friendly and reasonably priced authentic Turkish restaurants. There is also a busy shopping centre selling leather goods, jewellery, perfumes, herbs and spices - be prepared to barter!

Alanya - Alanya is now one of the Mediterranean coast's major resorts and is a booming city full of history and vitality. It is just a 15 minute bus ride away from the villa and offers an abundance of nightlife, restaurants and bars. Overlooking Alanya's two sandy beaches is Alanya's ancient Castle, beautiful by day and night. The marina area at Alanya has a super craft market and many upmarket restaurants and bars.

Excursions and places of interest

• Boat Trips - take a day's boat trip to Cyprus or a simple boat trip around the coast with lunch on board.
• Water parks - the villa is less than 15 minutes away from one of Turkey's biggest water parks. There are also two other smaller ones nearby.
• Caves - There are caves at Alanya and at the top of the nearby Dim Chai River, on the river too there is scuba diving and many water restaurants serving freshly caught fish and why not eat this in one of the special floating restaurants dotted along the Dim Chai.
• Other excursions are of course the Turkish Baths and jeep safaris.
